If you’re based on the Team Valley you’ll know how bad our broadband speeds are. The majority of our customers can only connect at between 3 and 4mbps on standard ADSL lines, while the rest of the region benefit from super fast fibre internet at speeds of around 80Mbps.

Our Client Portal is a secure web site that gives you access to your company’s records in our database. The level of access for each user is controlled by the security level assigned to them, allowing some users to view all company tickets and invoices, while others may only view their own tickets details.
