After another successful year of growth, we’re looking to expand our team and recruit a Customer Service Representative.
Essentially this role will involve providing clients with a fast and smooth response when dealing with queries and issues that may arise.
You will work closely with members of all departments to provide exceptional customer service and communication to the customers to make them feel valued.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Investigating and responding to customer queries and tracking through our CRM
- Quoting small projects and service contract adjustments
- Identifying recurring issues and working with the service delivery manager to avoid recurrence
- Ensure customers receive excellent quality of service and measuring customer feedback
Requirements
- 2 years working in a customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal skills
