We are pleased to introduce our latest staff member, Adam Thompson, who has joined our growing technical support team as an apprentice First Line Engineer.
We were so impressed with Anthony Crawford, our first Apprentice at Smart IT, that we have decided to employ Adam Thompson and continue with the apprenticeship scheme, which we believe provides young talent an excellent opportunity to start a career in IT.
Adam joined our support team in June on our Advanced Microsoft IT Apprenticeship scheme and will be working alongside our second and first line engineers in our ever expanding IT Helpdesk.
Adams passion for IT, including extensive experience of working with computers and networks (which includes a mini-datacentre in his parent’s garage), and excellent results at school and college made Adam the ideal candidate for Smart IT’s Advanced Microsoft IT Apprenticeship.
We would like to wish him every success in his new role where he has already become a valued and integral member of the Smart IT Helpdesk.
