Congratulations to Martin Simnett on gaining promotion to Customer Success Manager. This is a senior role within Smart IT and will be an integral part of the business moving forward. Martin brings over 20 years’ experience within the IT sector, working both in the field and as a senior network consultant with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
As a service driven organisation, Smart IT are committed to continuously improving the overall customer experience and satisfaction. The introduction of a Customer Success Manager (CSM) will support Smart IT customers from the initial presales meeting, throughout the onboarding process and then on into the customer journey. Martin will work closely with customers throughout the onboarding process to understand the future needs and objectives of customers businesses and how our experts and technologies will support achieving those plans.
