Smart IT’s annual Company Awards took place on Friday 29th January, albeit a little different to the usual offsite presentation and knees up. However, with the power of Microsoft Teams, we were still able to hold the awards.
So on Friday we all logged on remotely with our Smart IT goodie boxes; loaded with snacks, drinks and a Just Eat Voucher……..the show must go on.
The awards are an opportunity to review the previous year’s performance, reflect on the successes and challenges of the year (2020 certainly come with a different set of challenges.) Despite these challenges we have had some great successes too. Smart IT had a 30 percent growth, making it our best year to date. We created ten new positions and have five more appointments joining the company this month.
The Awards give the opportunity to thank colleagues for their hard work throughout the year and recognise those that have excelled.
