We recently caught up with Antoni Skeen, an apprentice with Smart IT, to understand his experiences and insights.
What made you want to do an apprenticeship with Smart IT?
“I took an apprenticeship with Smart IT to try and start a career within IT, on top of this, when I went for an interview, everyone who worked there seemed friendly and professional and it looked like a cool place to work!”
What are you enjoying most about your apprenticeship with Smart IT?
“What I enjoy most about Smart IT is getting the opportunity to work on difficult issues, without being fully thrown into the deep end without any support, as whenever I get stuck, I was surrounded by experienced engineers willing to help, this really helped me grow as an engineer and helped build my confidence in IT.”
