Well done to Liam Hall, Liam has successfully completed his apprenticeship passing his Infrastructure Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship with an impressive Distinction.
Smart IT’s Advanced Apprenticeship Program is an integral part of the business and culture, and nothing is more rewarding than to see apprentices thrive and develop.
The Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship programme covers a range of practical skills and underpinning knowledge and includes the following components: networking fundamentals, mobile and operating systems, coding and logic and cloud services.
Liam’s role within the IT Support team is to provide IT infrastructure support to a wide range of Smart IT customers. As part of the Advanced Apprenticeship Program Liam works closely with Smart IT’s with both first line and second line engineers who provide mentoring and additional support and guidance on the more complex IT projects.

Liam takes ownership of the ticket and will conduct thorough research to find a fix, he’s always polite to clients and makes sure he fully understanding their requests before offering a solution.
