In the wake of another triumphant year of expansion, we’re on the hunt for an ambitious Accounts Assistant to enhance our dynamic billing team within the Accounts Department.
This is your chance to play a crucial role in our success, ensuring the accuracy and promptness of our billing process each month. Your mission? To guarantee every invoice sent to our customers is flawless.
With a sharp eye for detail, you’ll tackle any inconsistencies head-on, making sure supplier invoices are squared away and services meticulously reconciled and billed. Thrive in a fast-paced environment where autonomy is key, and deadlines are non-negotiable.

This role is part-time, located at our Team Valley office, with a commitment of 20 hours each week, Monday to Friday. However, we offer flexibility regarding your working hours.
Responsibilities:
- Issue and distribute invoices
- Process new contracts and sales
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy and orders are processed efficiently
- Address customer complaints and questions
- Reconcile customer and supplier invoices
- Prepare and present analytical reports
- Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups
- Resolve any issues or mistakes, and recommend improvements
- Identify any non-billed services
Experience:
- Proven experience with managing billing processes for consumer and/or business customers.
- Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures
- Experience with developing and improving systems and business processes.
- Experience with driving operational improvements and customer experience improvements.
- Experience in accounting systems such as Quickbooks and Xero
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and having the ability to create insights from data.
- Strong communication skills.
