Shaun Simpson joins Smart IT as an IT Support Engineer, Shaun brings a raft of expertise to Smart IT Support adding to our already very impressive Engineering department.
To support our growing customer base, Smart IT have added a new IT Support Engineer to our team to provide second and third line IT Support from our office in Gateshead.
Shaun comes to us with a wealth of experience supporting thousands of users in an intense IT environment, helping support one of the biggest IT companies in the world.
Shaun studied at the Zenos Academy (Europe’s largest Microsoft training academy), where he was awarded with a MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician), Comptia A+ Certified Technician, Microsoft Office Specialist and an Advanced Diploma for IT Practitioners.
After his study, Shaun was employed by HP and T-Mobile as a third line Engineer specialising in Microsoft Exchange and BlackBerry Enterprise Servers, before being snapped up by Smart IT.
Shaun has settled in extremely well and continues to go from strength to strength.
