Jack was supported and mentored during his apprenticeship by Kelvyn Robinson, Telecoms Helpdesk Supervisor. Kelvyn explains further:
“I’m very proud of Jack for gaining this qualification. He has worked hard and has become a valued member of the team.

Jack thrives in onsite work; over his apprenticeship he has assisted in cabling out 3 doctors’ surgeries ready for a telephone installation.
Recently, he completed a full site installation over a weekend, with myself on standby. The only call I received was from Jack at the end of the installation informing me he had successfully completed the work ahead of schedule”
We are exceptionally proud of the Smart IT Advanced Apprentice Program, we are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining our apprentices. Over the years, many of our most successful engineers have come from the apprentice program.
